Another big legend is gone a day after losing Bernie Mac. Ironically, they both were filming a film called "Soulmen". Issac Hayes passed away this morning.

Relatives found Hayes, 65, unconscious in his home next to a still-running treadmill, said Steve Shular, a spokesman for the Shelby County Sheriff's Department.

Paramedics attempted to revive him and took him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after 2 p.m., the sheriff's department said.

CHICAGO (AP) — Bernie Mac, the actor and comedian who teamed up in the casino heist caper "Ocean's Eleven" and gained a prestigious Peabody Award for his sitcom "The Bernie Mac Show," died Saturday at age 50.
"Actor/comedian Bernie Mac passed away this morning from complications due to pneumonia in a Chicago area hospital," his publicist, Danica Smith, said in a statement from Los Angeles.

The rest of the people that are mad at the video say stupid sh*t like "Soulja Boy sucks, Ice T nuts in my mouth for life!" with no reason except the fact they HATE on Soulja Boy. Everybody is missing the fact that Ice T's old ass came out of no where talking sh*t to somebody that wasnt even thinking about him. Then when Soulja Boy makes his webcam video everybody is like, "Soulja Boy is dumb. fu*k him. He fu*ked up music."
Its like people are applauding Ice T for some sh*t that people been saying for the past few years. He's not the first tnigga to blame somebody for killing Hip Hop. Ice T is wrong.

#2 He fu*ked Hip Hop up in a way himself. He said he started gangsta rap, right? I was lookin at the comments for the post about us being sellouts. I posted that just to get everything from other peoples' points of view. I knew I was gonna get at least one negative comment.

When I say negative, I dont mean that. To me, a negative comment just means you dont know enough to understand it from our point of view.

I saw a comment sayin we dont put stuff out. Well, you gotta think about it like this... We have to network, we have to go to meetings, we have to appear at events, we have to attend to our families, work on music (yall probably dont see none of this).... then we have to make videos (which is probably all yall see)...on top of that, we have to hold back some videos for the DVD we are putting out. Then we are goin to be even more busy when we start touring for that.

Most people probably think we dont have lives and we can make movies all day. We are business men. For real. I dont just say that. Every single day we are talking to somebody about business. From Soulja Boy to CEO Charlie. From Fatman Scoop to QD3 (Quincy Jones III). From DJ Greg Street to Riggs Morales (Shady). Believe we are not sittin on our asses all day. Those chains and clothes on our myspace dont come from sittin on our ass. The day we dont have to provide for ourself is the day we start makin non stop cartoons.

And if you feel you can contribute to our movement then do it. See if its as easy as it looks. This industry, tv shit aint no joke. We cant run to producers and ask them to make us a song. Yall do realize that when you pressure artists they tend to fall back....*hint hint* .....Dave Chappelle, Houston, Backstreet Boys, Nsync, Eminem.

We put these rappers in our videos constantly becuz people talk about them and what to see them. Everything we do is all in fun. Some of the things we say are our personal feelings but everything is comedy to us. I don't remember ever saying "I don't like Soulja Boy!" If anything, I respect him. More than most of these rappers out now. He has a grind that most people don't have. And he's not stuck up. Fuck what you think about his music, his character makes him one of the best rappers to me. I always thought that, even when I made the "Stole His Bapes" song.

Anyways, the lady that made the video got alot of hate and negative video responses. Who would do that? Oh Waiters! Who else?? Now, I watched all of these videos to get the waiters' point of view. After watching 3 responses I stopped because I realized that they all said the same thing.
NOW, before I continue, all of my fans that are waiters, please do not get upset with my words. I'm not tryna bring black people down, I'm just being me.
Ok... Watching these videos I've learned that waiters get about $2 dollars an hour. Ok... $2 dollars an hour. Thats what you waiters get paid. I wanted ya'll to get that in your heads before I continue. Now waiters get paid $2 plus any tips they MAY collect from customers. I "ain't" the smartest man alive, but I for damn sure know what MAY means. If you not smart as mean...lol...it means that its not guarenteed. Meaning you won't always get it. So why the hell do I see waiters getting upset and dogging out people for not giving them what they want? It's yo damn fault you only got $2 dollars. You knew you was getting that shit when you took the job. You knew you had to pay yo bill or whatever you want money for. I don't see how it is our fault. If we ain't got it then we ain't got it. Then what makes it worse is that the lady gave money. She gave what she had and the ungrateful waiter still bitched. I don't see why nobody is talking about the waiter sorry ass.
But the waiters that responded negative should feel dumb or at least bad. Ya'll might as well work for free is thats how ya'll think. Work for free and then tap dance for some tips. Omg! I can't believe how shitty of a day I had. I was supposed to go to this meeting for this job. Well my ass woke up all late. I had about 10 minutes to get out the door. So I leave and Im driving up the road and then the car slows down. Then it stops. Im like "what the hell, fam?" So I call for somebody to come pick me up. Well they on the other side of town. So im sitting on the side of the road looking stupid waiting for help. And this girl comes up and she asked me if I was the guy from MTVs Pimp My Ride. I barked at that b***h. For real. So she start talking sh*t bout her brother and she called him up. I couldn't hear him but she put the phone down and was like "He said he 5 minutes away!" I didn't say it, but in my head I was like "Oh sh*t!"
So Im sitting on top of the car hood hoping my ride comes before this nigga do. And the whole time she was standing there on the phone with some trick talking about the situation. Then her brother calls back and she was like "You see me over here?" So nigga I got the f**k up and ran my ass the other way. I was like f**k my car, I aint bout to get my ass beat. So I ran to a bus stop and called my ride. He picked up the phone and asked him where he was at. He said "Im washing my clothes at my girl house." My whole body got stiff when I heard that. So while Im sitting at the bus stop like a dumb ass, the chick's brother finds me....how stupid of me? Her brother was like "Nigga why you running?" I told him I aint want to fight over that dumb sh*t and he said "F**k that sh*t, nigga! Don't cry now. Yo ass is done." I don't know what number of Youtube subscribers or what number of celebs you have to know to become famous, but I guess we hit it. I never noticed it actually. But people say we are "famous". If you ask me I would tell you we are semi-famous. Everyday we get someone to tell us that we are known at their school or town. That still doesn't convince me that we are famous.
You would think that after all the views, magazines, and videos that we would realize the fame. I still don't see it. Lil Dee aka God's Gift told us that people always ask him about us. They wanna know if we cool in person or stuck up...haha. He just tells them to talk to us. That's not hard to do either since we answer every Myspace message. That's what we do for most of the day. The rest of the day we handling business. But we come to anywhere possible. Invite us to your hood. We'll come. We not stuck up either. We don't even dress like "famous" people do. Today, we wanna keep it entertaining for you guys. There was a corny ass rap battle between Twinn and this unknown nigga from North Carolina who calls himself Lil Pooh. But for our amusement, lets call him Lil pooh pooh!

The whole thing started over the Twinn speaking on Lil Wayne video. Like in the video says, there will be Lil Wayne fans getting angry over the video. Sure enough, there was. Lil Pooh Pooh stayed posting comments defending Lil Wayne for about 2 weeks straight. We went to Mexico, came back, and Lil Pooh pooh still was defending Lil Wayne!!! Then he started to diss Broken Equipment saying we were nobodies and how he can rap better than Twinn's Ain't Gon Be Shit video. So Twinn put a video out....

Whats up? You know us at Broken Equipment get into everything so, yeah, we had to get into blogs, too. We just got back from the Big Easy. New Orleans, if you don't know.
